Senior reporter for France 24, Anne-Isabelle Tollet acted as a permanent correspondent in Islamabad from 2008 to May 2011. In charge of the news coverage, she gave reports lasting from 1.5 to 13 minutes and interviewed live a variety of influential personalities.
Previously, she also appeared in several special news programs for national television. In particular, as special reporter in Kosovo for "I télé", she received the International Emmy Awards Selection in the category "Best News Feature". Anne-Isabelle has further experience as a news presenter for “France 24” and “I télé” and as a regular freelance writer for printed magazines.
She has just completed writing a book, "Blasphème", recounting the story of Asia Bibi, a Christian woman and mother of 5 who was sentenced to hang in Pakistan after being convicted of blasphemy.
